This MNTD Shipping Policy (the โ€œPolicyโ€) applies if you (โ€œyouโ€, โ€œyourโ€) make a purchase within the Website. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.


1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days in the Americas (United States, Canada, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico), United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Orders may not be processed during weekends or holidays in China, Singapore, or in countries where you reside. The foregoing time frames indicate when the item will be prepared for shipment and shipped from our warehouse.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please mind additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there are widespread transportation cancellations and restrictions in affected areas. Note that shipment to your country might take longer than usual.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates applicable to your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost and delivery estimates may vary depending on your country.

If you indicated an incorrect address or if the shipment was returned to us since you failed to receive or claim (collect) it, new shipment charges will apply.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is temporary (particular term depends on the applicable delivery estimates) and will be active for a certain limited period of time.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If required under the applicable law, we will also charge the applicable taxes and duties, including, withholding tax, sales tax, GST/HST, or value-added tax, import duties which shall be paid by you. We shall not be liable for any other fees or duties that may apply to you in connection with a purchased product.

6. Missing or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please immediately contact us here and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
